To know with clarity and complete certainty
That life is not taken away by physical death.
You breathed your last breath
On the wooden cross out of love
To fulfill the promises of Your Father above.
You made a future immortality
A definite possibility and an actual reality.
Death dissolves our earthly dwelling so
Our soul may shine with You and glow
In the Father's Shadow from the Spirit's flow.
