Wishing to be a Bat

I wish i was a slap stick happy, friendly, flapping bat
With a hungry tummy as empty as a cavernous limestone pit
Fortunately living high up in a feathery fronded tree
On the captivating, Caribean "Island of Freedom."

I would thank our tremendously bountiful, Triune God
For each and every fast flying, flavorful tidbit
As i zip and zoom around, furiously feasting
On winged delicacies of mosquito and no see um.
